The Dan Flynn Corn & Ethanol Report
Tuesday April 16th 2013
After yesterday’s dastardly action in Boston , Law Enforcement is on the trail of the cowards responsible. Let’s hope we have swift and effective retribution to those that did the dirty deed.
What a difference a day makes in the marketplace. With earnings coming out that have beaten the streets expectations the Stock Market is back and running with the bulls for now. The metals had a bounce as well. In the overnight electronic session the May Corn is currently trading at 646 ¼ which is ½ of a cent lower as I write. The trading range has been 8873 to 8606 so far. I still believe this market has the potential to see more downside and the American Petroleum Institute’s weekly data released at 3:30 P.M., C.S.T. may reflect my thoughts. The May Ethanol posted a trade at 2.385 which was up .014 in the evening session. Still light volume in that market.
Our hearts and prayers go out to the victims in Boston and God willing Justice will be swift.
Have a Great Trading Day!
